Bryan serves as Virtus Solis Technologies Space Operations Manager, Senior Systems Engineer, VirtusSolis.space. He is a broadly experienced seasoned aerospace and systems engineer and program manager, educator, and professor with a distinguished career including engineering management roles working on ISS, Sea Launch, CONDOR, STS, NASA Lunar Terrain Vehicle for NASA. His expertise spans space operations, satellite systems, and nuclear technologies, with key contributions to major government and private aerospace ventures at Lockheed, General Dynamics Blue Origin, NASA Axiom LTV Program and Boeing Defense and Space. Bryan has served as founding member of the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Haystack Observatory Satellite Collision Avoidance Work Group; the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) National Committee, GEO slot allocation committee and ITU/WRC Delegate, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Designated Boeing Engineering Representative (DER) and NIST National Standards Cybersecurity Working Group. As an adjunct professor in Space Operations and Space Systems Engineering, he has been instrumental shaping the next generation of engineers while working on landmark projects for NASA, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Defense.
