Registration:
How can I register for ISDC 2027?
Registration is not yet open. It will begin in Fall 2026.
When can I sign up for meals?
Online meal ticket sales have not yet begun. On-location sales of meal events will be extremely limited — and more expensive. There are no refunds for meals and no substitutions after the meal ordering cut-off date.
Do you offer Kosher or vegetarian dishes?
There is a vegetarian option for each meal event. Every effort will be made to accommodate Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-free meal requests. However, we cannot guarantee that all situations can be accommodated. There are no refunds for meals and no substitutions after the meal ordering cut-off date.
What forms of payment can I use to register for ISDC 2027?
The following payment methods are accepted for online registration: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Will I receive my badge prior to ISDC 2027?
No, all pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges at the Registration Desk on-site at the hotel during regular conference operation hours.
What do I need to prove that I have already registered?
An email confirmation will be sent when you confirm your registration. Save this email and/or print it to show at the Registration Desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or fax. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing. Full and partial refund schedule TBA.

As an international traveler, how do I get my invite letter to the United States?
In order to attend the ISDC as a visitor from another country, you may need to obtain an invitation letter from the NSS. (If you will require a visa to enter the U.S., you must have this letter.) For more information and to request an invitation letter, click here.
Exhibits and Sponsorships:
On which days will the Exhibit Hall be open?
The Exhibit area will be open for set-up after 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 26, 2027 and at 8:00 am on Thursday, May 27, 2027. All exhibits must be removed by 11:00 pm on Sunday, May 30, 2027. Exhibit hours will be Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, there will be an open reception from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

Does the hotel charge for parking?
Valet parking is offered at $25 for daytime and $35 for overnight stays. Self-parking is available at Skyview Parking behind the hotel on 98th St. at $24.00 max per day, without in and out privileges. Prices subject to change.
Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?
For added convenience, the Sheraton Gateway provides a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from LAX. This service, running every 10-15 minutes, is offered in partnership with Joe’s Airport Parking and can be recognized by its yellow and red shuttle adorned with the Sheraton Gateway logo.
