Anna Ni is a professor of public administration and the associate dean of the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration, California State University San Bernardino. She received a Ph.D. of Public Administration from Maxwell School, Syracuse University. Her research interests center on information assurance, innovation adoption, public-private partnerships, and distance education. She has been serving on several professional associations and editorial boards, such as the ASPA Section of Science & Technology in Government (SSTIG), NASPAA Commission on Peer Review and Accreditation, the AACSB Online Learning Affinity Group Steering Committee, etc. She is the primary investigator of a National Science Foundation grant project on improving online STEM education.
