Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi is a human-centered AI strategist, educator, global speaker, and platform architect with more than 30 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, leadership, governance, strategic communication, and institutional transformation. Her career began in Digital Equipment Corporation’s Marketing Development Program, including an early rotation in aerospace marketing that sparked her long-standing interest in how emerging technologies shape human systems and the future of society.

She is the Originator, Editor-in-Chief, and Lead Platform Architect of AI for Humanity: Human-Centered Strategies for Innovation and Impact, a global anthology and interactive platform developed with the American Society for AI, where she serves as a Board Member and Founding Chair of the Ethics & Responsible AI Committee.

An award-winning Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Center for Global Affairs at New York University, Ngonzi designs and teaches the AI for Impact series, helping professionals apply AI responsibly to leadership, stakeholder engagement, organizational strategy, and governance-aware decision-making. She is also Founder and CEO of The International Social Impact Institute® and an Industry Advisor to Cornell Tech’s Product Studio, where she advises interdisciplinary graduate teams on product innovation, ethical technology, and systems-level impact.

Her work focuses on designing AI-powered decision environments that strengthen human judgment, collective intelligence, and institutional accountability. Through her 1+1+AI=10™ methodology and SHINE™ Storytelling Framework, she helps leaders and organizations translate complexity into clarity and move from experimentation to responsible application.

Through executive education, convenings, and advisory engagements, her work has reached tens of thousands of leaders and professionals exploring emerging technologies and AI across sectors globally.

Ngonzi is also a member of Gamma’s inaugural Gambassador Council, selected from a global community of more than 70 million users for her applied use of AI-powered storytelling and communication platforms across executive education, governance, and public engagement.
