Stephen is a librarian with experience in fields of Business and Psychology. His experience is with technology transfer, research and consulting for various programs including short service with Defense Intelligence Agency to coordinate work of analysts with Socrates program with military critical technologies. He serves as part of North East Research Application Center NERAC and Southern Technology Application Center STAC. He is currently member of West Chester Borough Council.
