Jack Kennedy is a forward-looking voice at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and space, driven by a clear belief that humanity’s next great expansion will run as much on data as it does on rockets. His work centers on advancing space-based data centers and orbital infrastructure—treating space not as a frontier, but as the next layer of Earth’s digital backbone. A former Virginia Spaceport Authority officer and state legislator, he now brings that same energy to public engagement as an educator and docent at the U.S. Space Force Museum and as a Public Affairs Assistant supporting Space Force outreach. A semi-retired Virginia attorney with more than four decades of experience, Kennedy is also a dedicated STEM advocate, active in the National Space Society and the Space Frontier Foundation. Rooted in a four-generation legacy of coal mining in central Appalachia, he now invests in commercial launch, remote sensing, and orbital AI ventures—helping push the trajectory from Earth’s mines to the nascent markets of the Moon.
