As the Vice President Ventures at BMNT, Ellen Chang leads the development and implementation of innovative programs that address critical challenges for government and commercial customers in the fields of space, digital, and autonomous systems. With over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, and finance, she has delivered more than 100% revenue growth over a span of three years and established collaborative processes that generate more than $380K of revenues per person. She is also the Founding and Managing Partner at Syndicate 708, a pre-seed level investment syndicate that invests in deep tech companies. She leverages her expertise and network to accelerate the go-to-market and fundraising of Syndicate’s portfolio companies, some of which include Orbital Sidekick, Phase Four, Sea Satellites, and Scout Space. In addition, she serves as an independent board member at Cypre, a startup biotech company that has developed a novel 3D tumor model platform for cancer immunotherapy screening. Her mission is to support the development and adoption of deep technologies that can enhance our national security and competitiveness.
