Sessions: Moon

David is a cross-border executive and sustainability strategist focused on how critical resource systems—particularly water—enable AI-driven and space-based infrastructure. He is also an Executive Council member of Tsinghua University’s School of Aerospace Engineering, reflecting his engagement at the intersection of sustainability and space systems. With over 30 years of international leadership, David has advanced energy efficiency and water as critical infrastructure through large-scale industrial systems, working with organizations including Mercedes-Benz and China Eastern Airlines. With a background in aerospace engineering and AI studies at MIT, he brings a systems-level perspective bridging engineering principles and large-scale deployment. His current work focuses on redefining water and energy as critical infrastructure for scalable AI-driven industries and future space economies, informed by research on thermodynamics, entropy, and gigawatt-scale AI data centers.
