Emmett Spurlock is the COO for ZC Institute since its inception in 2021. Emmett brings 28 years of military leadership (both active and reserves) and experience across all specialties required to run an organization including, but not limited to, operations, planning, and logistics. Emmett also has almost 5 years as a government contractor supporting DoD, National Defense, and Civil sectors, and has almost 10 years in commercial space. He has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA.
