Roseanne Healy is the Managing Director of Enterprise Corporation, a boutique corporate advisory and private equity firm, and the founder and CEO of Swarmer, a leading Australian equity crowdfunding platform. She began her career at JBWere, gaining over 20 years’ experience in investment banking across legal, finance, risk, and transaction structuring.
Roseanne is an experienced Director and Board Chair, serving on private, ASX listed, and statutory boards across Australia and the Asia Pacific. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in space law and provides specialised corporate and regulatory advice to space- sector companies and jurisdictions on market development and capital formation.
