Brian McManus is the creator and host of the popular YouTube channel “Real Engineering,” which is dedicated to explaining the complexities of engineering and technology in an accessible and engaging way. With over 4 million subscribers and half a billion views, Real Engineering is one of the most popular engineering focused shows on the internet. The channel covers a wide range of topics including aerospace, aviation and energy.
McManus attended NUI Galway where he completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering, and completed his Aeronautical Engineering Masters’ degree in the University of Limerick.
Real Engineering has not only helped raise public awareness and appreciation of engineering but have also inspired many to pursue careers in STEM fields. McManus recently launched an engineering recruitment platform to help young, aspiring engineers to find exciting, innovative careers.
