Space Conference Speaker

Tony Antonelli is a retired U.S. Navy Captain and former NASA astronaut with more than 4,700 flight hours in over 40 different types of aircraft. He served as the pilot on two Space Shuttle missions—STS-119 and STS-132—and held key leadership positions within the Astronaut Office, including roles supporting the Space Launch System, Commercial Crew Program, Capsule Communicator (CAPCOM), and Space Shuttle Propulsion. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in the same field from the University of Washington. He is also a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, underscoring his deep technical and operational expertise in human spaceflight.
