Her career began in Digital Equipment Corporation’s Marketing Development Program, including an early rotation in aerospace marketing that sparked her long-standing interest in how emerging technologies shape human systems and the future of society.

She is the Originator, Editor-in-Chief, and Lead Platform Architect of AI for Humanity: Human-Centered Strategies for Innovation and Impact, a global anthology and interactive platform developed with the American Society for AI, where she serves as a Board Member and Founding Chair of the Ethics & Responsible AI Committee.

An award-winning Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Center for Global Affairs at New York University, Ngonzi designs and teaches the AI for Impact series, helping professionals apply AI responsibly to leadership, stakeholder engagement, organizational strategy, and governance-aware decision-making. She is also Founder and CEO of The International Social Impact Institute® and an Industry Advisor to Cornell Tech’s Product Studio, where she advises interdisciplinary graduate teams on product innovation, ethical technology, and systems-level impact.
