She has spent 13 years working in digital technology and platform development, 8 years in capital markets, investment structuring, and financial infrastructure , and the past 7 years engaged in space industry initiatives spanning commercialization, infrastructure, and institutional coordination. Irina has previously spoken at National Space Society conferences as a panel participant on space capitalization and related topics. She is the founder and CEO of ALTArA, a newly forming company focused on developing infrastructure to support verifiable operations and accountability in high-risk, distributed environments, including space systems.
