Chris Hearsey is an aerospace executive and founder of OSA Consulting, a strategic advisory firm serving clients in the space, industrial, and startup sectors.
With nearly two decades of experience in government and private industry, Chris brings expertise in international business, advanced technology development, and operational strategy. He previously served as Director of DC Operations for Bigelow Aerospace, contributing to the development and deployment of the BEAM module on the International Space Station.
Chris also co-founded the Space Court Foundation, a nonprofit advancing space law education and research. He holds degrees in physics, law, and space studies, and lives in Maryland with his family.
