Scarlett Hartzman is a senior at New Rochelle High School and a student intern with Dr. Pascal Lee at the Mars Institute. She won the Grand Prize at the 2025 Westchester Science and Engineering Fair (WESEF) and the ISEF New American Scholarship at the 2025 International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). This year, she has once again won the Grand Prize at WESEF and the opportunity to compete at ISEF in Phoenix, Arizona.
