Call for Abstracts - ISDC 2026

Abstract submissions are now open for the International Space Development Conference (ISDC) 2026.

ISDC brings together a global community working across science, engineering, policy, business, and advocacy to explore the future of space development. We invite you to submit an abstract and contribute to conversations shaping humanity’s next steps beyond Earth. Submissions are welcomed from a wide range of perspectives and career stages, including researchers, industry professionals, students, early-career contributors, and independent thinkers.

ISDC welcomes submissions from across the global space community, including:

  • Independent researchers and visionaries

If your work contributes to space development or advances discussion about humanity’s future in space, we encourage you to submit an abstract.

Presentation Format

All accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations accompanied by slides (PowerPoint or equivalent). Please be prepared to adjust your presentation to fit a 10–30 minute time slot. If your abstract is accepted, the session chair will confirm the exact slot length with you.

What Makes a Strong Abstract

Strong abstracts clearly communicate their central idea and relevance to ISDC themes.
Submissions may include original research, emerging concepts, policy analysis, technical developments, case studies, or visionary perspectives. Clear structure, originality, and relevance to the broader space community are strongly valued.

Abstract Submission Deadline: April 15, 2026

Abstract Review and Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed for relevance, clarity, and alignment with ISDC
sessions. Acceptance is based on whether the abstract contributes to meaningful discussion in the session. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email, along with any instructions for preparing your oral presentation.
